Our second term of the year began with preparations for one of Australia's most important national occasions, ANZAC Day.
Crafting poppy brooches, practicing songs and carefully wording meaningful speeches, our students and staff ensured their presence at the local Applethorpe Community ANZAC Day Ceremony, in Applethorpe Park, and participation in the ANZAC Day March through the heart of Stanthorpe, was thoughtful, respectful and displayed our enormous sense of pride in all the men and women who have served our nation in all wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations.
